Light and Salt Academy is dedicated to helping refugee children grow in wisdom and reach their full potential through personalized learning. Our mission is especially focused on supporting refugee children from Pre-K through 12th grade through our core program: Academy, Books, Clubs, and Mentoring (ABC&M).

As part of this mission, we launched the Bridge to Success club—a college and career readiness program designed for middle and high school students from refugee backgrounds who often face limited resources and guidance.

Each week, we provide students with essential educational information and tools to help them explore a wide range of career paths. By introducing various professions and the college majors that lead to them, we aim to guide students toward making informed decisions about their futures.
Many refugee children lack access to reliable information about higher education and career opportunities in the U.S., often due to language barriers, unfamiliar systems, and limited parental support.
Bridge to Success exists to bridge that gap—empowering these students to dream boldly, pursue their goals, and achieve success.
